It just so happens that my two favorite jams for the summer right now come from the same producers, LA duo Classixx. First off is the only worth Phoenix remix I’ve heard so far, a melodic disco-y take on ‘Liztomania.’ Next is their upcoming single to be released on Parisian label Kitsune, an original track featuring former Junior Senior singer Jeppe. Classixx have been killing it for me every since they were the Young Americans: always with the catchy vocal hooks, and always dancefloor ready. These two new songs are summer anthem necessities.
