
Bleu de Paname is a line that is fairly new to the market, but with their aesthetic as a ‘heritage’ style workwear brand I guess you could say they are a new old brand. That being said, I am quite a fan of their offerings to date, and their fall/winter 2009 collection is another great showing. The line is also designed and produced in France, keeping with the heritage brand mentality and concept. Their F/W 2009 collection is chalk full of denim pieces, with jeans done in 16.5 oz selvedge and great looking shirting. The other highlights of the collection are the jackets, including the moleskin parka, utilitarian style jacket, and the varsity. This could definitely be my favorite new line of the last few seasons.
