My first exposure to Eddie C came about 4 months ago, at a dank Chinatown loft party where the drinks and dancing were both going full blast. Eddie came on and proceeded to destroy me with a incredible mix of disco, house, and melodic techno, playing vinyl and the mixer in a way you just don’t see that often these days, seamless and quick, never dropping the mix and letting the set progress naturally. After I put my brain back together I found out Eddie is an accomplished producer as well, who’s 7 Inches Of Love series sells out immediately worldwide, and who’s disco heaters have taken him to some of the most credible clubs in Paris, London, and Berlin… not bad for a guy who’s been based out of Victoria/Banff for the majority of his career.
