We previously featured the exclusive look at the new Champion Japan spring/summer 2013 ‘looks’ now we take a look at their actual lookbook for the season. Titled ‘The Southern Time Club’ the lookbook features their Made in USA, Reverse Weave, Rochester and Women’s collections items all together for this tropical lookbook. Although the lookbook has a bit to much of a PacSun feel to it, the items themselves are slammin’.

We have been bringing these exclusive looks at the Champion Japan collections over the last few seasons. That said here is the current Champion Japan spring/summer 2013 ‘Looks’ shoot for both men and women. The collection itself has a 70′s collegiate/athletic vibe throughout with some great/borderline over the top styling as well, but it’s a damn lookbook after all.

Champion Japan give us this look at their fall/winter 2012 collection. The lookbook is shot outdoors at a campsite, but has a very collegiate/preppy feel to it. The fall/winter line is broken up into different collections; Reverse Weave, Made in USA, Rochester, 70′s, Campus and Women’s. I really like the collection piece for piece but cant really get down with the over the top preppy styling. Regardless its a bangin’ collection all in all.

Here is a look at the new Champion Japan Made in USA collection for the spring/summer 2012 season. This collection takes inspiration from Vintage American Athletics styles, with a good amount of 90′s in there with the color blocked tees and shorts. Another solid thing about this range is the fact that it is all made in the USA, which is how all of Champions products used to be made and in my eyes should still be. Champion Japan are obviously operating in a different manner than their US/North American counterparts, cause you sure don’t see any collections like this coming from this continent. Here is a look at the Reverse Weave collection from Champion Japan fall/winter 2011. This is only one of the many different collections thats makes up the full seasonal range, but this one would have to be my favorite. The Reverse Weave is what Champion is know for, as it is their patented method of producing their jersey garments. I have always had love for Champion products cause I grew up wearing them alongside Russell Athletics, another classic US sportswear company. I hope that the North American divisions of these types of brands realize that they need to be taking notes. Click through for the rest of the collection.
