Dosnoventa Runs NYC 2012

Wait what a rad trackbike video not from MASH? Shot in March 2012 during the Red Hook Crit this short vid features a cast of fast bike notables, namely Jason Clary killing it with the catwalks. Great filming/editing/music, hope to see more like this from Dosnoventa in the future.

MASH TOC 2009

Looking back through our archives we’ve posted about MASH a lot… but for some reason, not this vid when it first went up. Rewatched it the other day and damn what an inspiration, ride hard and be posi, what else is there. Click this to full screen and enjoy.

MASH SF Tuesday AM Rides

We love MASH, always have, and we patiently wait for new media from them… nice to see this vid, complete with epic smashing and an inadvertent showcase of their technical kits. Sunshine, hills, bridges, friends, fast bikes, this is the stuff.

Cinelli: Track Range 2012

I have been lusting over Cinelli track frames and builds lately, the classic Italian bike company has been making all the right moves in the track department over the last few years, heavily catering to the ‘street track’ community. Cinelli are bringing out the realness for the 2012 range with the new Vigorelli, Supercorsa Pista, Gazetta, and the two MASH collaborations; the Histogram and the brand new Bolt (pictured last). I doubt that I will actually be riding one or any of these beauties in the near future, but if I had my choice right now I would be planning a build around the new MASH Bolt frame, but in the grey colorway.

Martin Spring/Summer 2011 At MASH

Our admiration for the MASH SF brand should be pretty evident by now to regular readers; the San Francisco track bike crew has steadily been expanding their business ventures over the past few years, from beginnings as a film project to now having recently opened a retail storefront. Mike Martin has provided the main creative direction through MASH’s evolution, and also operates his own menswear line, blending cycle functionality and clean design in a way that should make his contemporaries very jealous. Here’s a look at the s/s 2011 offerings from Martin Clothing, as seen at the MASH e-store. So many standout pieces, and with very reasonable pricepoints it’s not surprising many are already sold through… keep reading for more.

Macaframa x Raleigh Commercial

SF cycling collective Macaframa were (along with MASH) some of the first to push street track riding in to the mainstream consciousness. And while MASH has gone on to enjoy commercial success with their Cinelli collaboration and their line of apparel, Macaframa remained more underground, save the success of their feature film. However, Maca have finally gone to production with their aluminum Raleigh frameset, and featured above is the commercial for the project, highlighting the SF aesthetic that makes the collective so appealing… hills, rain, and smashing through traffic. More great video work from the Maca gang.

Martin Clothing Spring/Summer 2011 Preview

Mike Martin of MASH SF fame has just released this s/s 11 preview, continuing the growth of his cycling/contemporary menswear clothing label. I’ve been a big fan of everything I’ve seen from Martin Clothing in their 3 seasons thus far, and the pieces featured here seem pretty sharp as well… especially feeling the circle/square print seen above. Click through for a few more previews.
