Sierra Designs has released this Vintage Heritage Collection, which is all made in the U.S.A. and features the re-release of the 60/40 fabric. The run features six different styles including the the Mountain Parka, which Apolis released this season in collaboration with Sierra Designs. I am really liking the simple color combinations of the jackets, especially the green/tan and rust/tan colors. Nice to see these timeless pieces being brought back into action.

Apolis Activism is a line we really get down with, we have featured them on the ol’ blawg here quite a few times, but not so much recently. Well to change that here is a look at their editorial-style lookbook shoot for their f/w 2011 season. The collection itself is a little more dressy overall, with a good mix of rugged/dress pieces done in muted tones paired together. This collection also features the tan and blue 60/40 parka (seen second to top) that was produced with Sierra Designs who are the 60/40 OG’s.
